We love keeping quality proteins in our freezer and a variety of ground meat is a way we enjoy shopping our freezer, and feeling good about what we eat. Having farm fresh meat shipped to your door will give you what you need at your fingertips without having to make time to go to the market or visit the farm (although we'd love to have you!)

Some ideas for your dinner table:

Taco Al Pastor - a sweet and peppery blend of pineapple and chili spices, this Taco Tuesday uses ground pork! Our Pastured Pork is not shy on flavor but all the goodies that can be combined with it just enhances your experience.

Hamburger Salad - everything but the bun! Just stack on the lettuce, pickles, onion, tomatoes, mustard, mayo, mushrooms, and bacon and you are SURE to take care of that hankering!

Chili - We use a combination of ground beef and ground pork for a little extra flavor. It's an age-old debate on whether or not you should add beans in your chili, we prefer it without. With lots of peppers and onions, corn chips, and cheese! 

Asian Bowls - Egg Roll in a Bowl is a popular one with Ground Pork where you add shredded cabbage, carrots, broccoli, and Asian flavors to give you that Asian food fix.

Lamb Bowls - Lamb is so versatile, can almost be replaced for beef. But we enjoy pulling our Moroccan spices like Ras Al Hanout to flavor up some vegetables and spice of some ground lamb. Paired with cucumber, tomatoes, parsley, a good olive oil, some kalamata olives, pickled onions, turmeric rice... I could keep going. These bowls make my taste buds so happy!
