A collection of local grass fed, grass finished beef from Palo Pinto County, Texas. Nestled in the Palo Pinto Mountains, the family owned and operated 2S Ranch is about 50 miles west of the Dallas- Fort Worth Metroplex. They are strongly committed to good stewardship of the land and the humane treatment of their animals. Their black angus bulls and cross-bred heifers eat grass in open pastures daily and they are never given any hormones, corn, grains or steroids. They even bale their own hay so that they know that the hay they are giving their cows is truly organic without herbicides or pesticides.
USDA certified and "Beef Quality Assurance" certified, once processed it is aged for at least 10-14 days to ensure that it is tender and flavorful. All beef cuts are double wrapped and vacuum sealed before they are hard frozen.
