We have variety of laying hens that produce a wide range of colors. The shell color makes no difference in the taste, it's how they are raised and what they eat that makes their yolks creamy and bright. Our hens forage all day on fresh grasses and lots of bugs. They are supplemented with an Organic soy free feed that we feel good about! No hormones, no antibiotics, just fresh grass and sunshine.
